Build me a simple cross platform tool that helps people use Google Antigravity CLI when it is blocked in their region, on Linux, macOS, and Windows.

I want one app with an easy command line flow that can patch the installed Antigravity CLI, fall back to a stable older version if needed, and let me choose between automatic patching, patching the current install only, or pinning to a known working version.
