Build me a web app where I can click a mic button and just talk through an idea, and it turns that into a live presentation in real time.

I want the app to listen as I speak, figure out the flow of the talk, and automatically build clean slides with the right kind of layout, like a title slide, problem slide, solution cards, a simple architecture diagram, metrics, and a closing slide. The stage should update live in the browser so I can present while it is creating the deck.

Please also make it export a downloadable PowerPoint file, and if possible generate a narrated video version too. I want the visuals to look polished and modern, with some AI generated imagery when it makes sense. Keep each presentation session separate, save the deck and other files in a session folder, and make it work with a server side setup using environment variables for the API keys.
