Build me a local first AI relay app that gives coding agents one private OpenAI compatible endpoint, and lets me connect it to different AI providers and browser based chat tools from one place.

I want a polished local dashboard where I can see which providers are connected, sign in when needed, check status, understand why something failed, and turn integrations on or off without breaking my other settings. It should support the usual OpenAI style routes for chat completions and responses, plus a models page and provider health checks. I also want routing between providers, with automatic failover when one is not ready, and simple controls for allowed providers and manual or automatic selection.

Make it run locally by default, keep tokens and cookies private on my machine, and use separate browser profiles for any browser based connections. If needed, look up the current docs online and wire up the cleanest setup for running it from source.
