Build me a Python library called Laya that can take a piece of text, email, ticket, or JSON and answer typed questions in one pass.

I want it to support three kinds of questions, choice, score, and yes or no style decisions, and it should work in English and lots of other languages. The main thing should be a Router that can look at the input, figure out the language or script quickly, and send the request to the right model automatically. It should also let me force a specific model when I want to.

Please include a simple install and quickstart flow, a clean Python API, and examples like classifying support tickets, checking urgency, and spotting refund requests or churn risk. If it helps, look up current docs online for the libraries and model loading patterns you need.

I’d also like tests, benchmark style examples, and a small demo notebook or script that shows the router working on English and non English text.
