Build me a React Native date and time picker component that looks like a normal tappable field and opens a modal picker when pressed.

It should work on both iOS and Android, and on Android I specifically need minute interval support, plus hour and second intervals if possible. I want to be able to pass in a current date, min and max limits, 12 or 24 hour mode, custom labels for OK and Cancel, colors for the buttons and header, and simple custom styling for the input and popup.

Please include callbacks when the user confirms or cancels, a placeholder when no date is set, an option to disable the control, and props for hiding the displayed text if needed. It should also support date only, time only, and datetime on iOS.
