Build me AgroAI, a friendly farming assistant web app for farmers. I want it to feel simple and practical, not too technical.

The app should support English, Hindi, and Telugu, and include a voice assistant that can answer farming questions, help users navigate, set their location, and give advice using a local Ollama phi3 model. Farmers should be able to enter soil NPK values, temperature, rainfall, or use GPS location, then get crop recommendations and guidance for fertilizers like DAP and Urea, plus pesticide help with useful video links.

Also add plant disease detection where a user can upload or take a leaf photo and get likely disease or pest issues with organic and chemical treatment suggestions. Include nearby storage, warehouse, cold storage, and silo search on Google Maps with availability status. Add live mandi prices from Data.gov.in and a 7 day local weather forecast with alerts.

Use the existing React frontend, Node AI proxy, and Python FastAPI ML services. Look up current docs online if needed.
