Build me a BRAC University AI assistant that feels like a helpful chat app for students and staff.

It should answer questions only from official BRAC University documents, and every answer should include clear citations so I can see where the information came from. If someone asks something unrelated, unsafe, or tries to trick the bot, it should politely refuse instead of guessing. I want the chat to remember the conversation so follow up questions make sense, and if the first search is weak, it should try rewriting the question and searching again.

Please make it with a clean web frontend and a Python backend, and set it up so it can run locally with Docker. The document pipeline should be able to ingest common file types like PDF, HTML, TXT, DOCX, and PPTX, then index the content for semantic search and reranking. If needed, look up current docs online so the integrations are done correctly.
