Build me a small repo of installable AI agent skills that help a coding assistant find what it does not know before it starts building.

I want 11 skills, including things like spotting blind spots, brainstorming prototypes, interviewing me one question at a time, finding real reference code, making an implementation plan, keeping implementation notes, packaging a pitch for review, running a merge quiz, and a few skills for auditing and improving the agent context itself.

Please make it easy to install for Claude Code, Codex, Hermes, and other agents that understand the SKILL.md format. Include clear README instructions for installing all of them at once, or just one skill, plus a simple guidance file for using the ideas as passive instructions instead of commands.

Keep the wording practical and human, with short descriptions of what each skill does and when to use it. If you need to check current agent docs or install paths, look them up online.
