Build me a simple web app that helps people quickly find their Discord and Steam IDs.

I want a clean page where someone can paste a Discord profile link or Steam profile link, or enter a username if that makes sense, and get the matching ID shown clearly right away. Make it feel easy and fast, with a simple input, a result area, and clear copy to explain what to paste. If a link is invalid or the app can not find the ID, show a friendly error message instead of breaking.

Keep the design minimal and modern, something that works well on desktop and mobile. If you need current API or lookup details, look up the latest docs online. Please use the existing TypeScript Next.js setup in the repo and keep everything straightforward so I can run it and use it right away.
