Build me an Android app called Neo Backup that helps people back up and restore their apps and app data on rooted phones.

I want it to feel modern and easy to use, with a clear list of installed apps, app details, batch actions, filters, and a simple scheduling screen for automatic backups. It should support backing up one app at a time or many apps at once, restoring them later, and handling system apps too. If possible, make restores smooth so they do not require a reboot.
