NeoniteDev/NeoniteV3 — reverse-engineered prompt

I found this unfinished NeoniteV3 project and I want you to turn it into a working app from the code that is already here. Please figure out what the project was probably trying to do, get the main experience working end to end, and fix whatever is broken so it runs locally without a bunch of manual tweaking.

Keep the existing look and feel where possible, polish the interface so it feels complete, and clean up messy or unused parts if they are getting in the way.
