Build me a VPS setup script that can install and manage an SSH and XRAY proxy server on Debian and Ubuntu, using Cloudflare friendly websocket settings. I want it to set up SSH websocket, XRAY VMess, VLESS, and Trojan, with both TLS and non TLS access, plus the usual supporting services like stunnel, dropbear, badvpn, nginx, fail2ban, and automatic reboot and log cleanup.

It should also include a simple menu so I can add and delete users, check who is logged in, see bandwidth and RAM usage, change DNS, backup and restore data, and restart services easily. If possible, make it work as a one command installer that can run in a screen session, and include the IPv6 setup option too.
