Build me the Nexora Node service for a VPN or proxy platform.

It should be a stateless node that the central panel can register, install, and manage over HTTPS with mutual TLS. I want a simple install flow where the panel gives a one line command, the node downloads the right binary, swaps a one time token for a client certificate, creates its own server certificate, installs a system service, and starts running.
