Nexora-VPN/panel ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a self hosted control panel for a VPN and proxy service called Nexora.

I want a clean web admin panel that acts as the single source of truth for users, nodes, protocols, templates, subscriptions, and operator accounts, with a setup wizard that runs after install and stays hidden until it is finished. The install should be one command and should set up the database and service automatically, then give me a one time link to finish setup. It should support both SQLite and PostgreSQL, work well in Docker, and include a simple uninstall and update flow.

Make it practical for real operators, with search across pages, users, groups, and subscription IDs, backup and restore, scheduled backups, and a safe update process with rollback if the new build does not start.
