Build me a self hosted music discovery and library manager like SoulSync. I want a clean web app where I can connect my music library or media server, add artists to a watchlist, and have it find new releases, make smart playlists, and fill in missing albums or tracks automatically.

It should support downloads from sources like Soulseek, Deezer, Tidal, Qobuz, HiFi, and YouTube, with a priority order and fallback if one source fails. After downloading, it should verify tracks when possible, add good metadata, cover art, lyrics, replay gain, and organize files into nice folders.

Please include pages for discovery playlists, downloads, artist monitoring, library stats, settings, and connection setup for Plex, Jellyfin, Navidrome, Last.fm, ListenBrainz, and music service accounts. Make it runnable locally with Docker and include a clear first time setup flow, including the Soulseek sharing warning. Look up current docs online if you need to.
