Build me a small Python based SEO assistant meant to run inside Claude Code, not a normal chat app. I want four skills I can trigger with plain commands.

First, it should interview me about my business and website, then save that context so every later run understands my audience, offers, competitors, tone, and pages. Then I want keyword research from a seed topic, a content writer that creates well sourced SEO drafts and checks the draft before accepting it, an onsite audit that checks my homepage and important pages, and a refresh tool that finds old posts or pages Google has not indexed and tells me what to do next.

All four systems should update one simple HTML dashboard so I can open it and see results from every run over time. Include setup instructions for Claude Code, credentials for DataForSEO and Google Search Console, and an optional way to schedule the systems with cron or launchd so they can run without me. Look up current docs online if you need to.
