Build me a clean, modern website for a department technical event called Technovate 2025. I want it to feel polished and work really well on phones, tablets, and desktops.

The main thing is a registration flow. Users should be able to fill out a form, get helpful client side validation if anything is missing or invalid, and then submit their details to the backend API. Show clear success and error messages so it feels reliable. Keep the UI simple and attractive, not overly flashy.

This repo looks like the frontend, so please finish that properly and wire it up to the separate backend mentioned in the readme for saving registrations. Make sure the fetch requests and validation flow are working end to end, and keep the code organized enough that it is easy to run locally.
