Build me a Chrome extension that quietly watches how I browse and helps me read and navigate pages more easily without me having to set anything up.
I want it to notice things like hovering, scrolling, pausing on content, and hesitating on actions, then use that to make small helpful changes on the page in real time. For example, it should be able to offer a simpler version of a hard paragraph, explain a term, show an example, highlight what I seem to be reading, suggest a short summary after I skim a page and come back, and give me useful keyboard shortcuts that actually match the page I am on.
Please keep it non disruptive, privacy conscious, and safe, with the original page always restorable. If a backend is needed for smarter suggestions, make it optional so the extension still works on its own. Look up current docs online if you need to.
