Build me a simple local app that lets me run a really strong AI model on my own PC, even if it is just a normal gaming computer.

I want one click setup on Windows and Linux, then it should download whatever it needs, start automatically, and open a browser page where I can chat with the model. It should feel private, keep everything on my machine, and show me a live view of what the model is doing and how much CPU, GPU, and RAM it is using.

Please make it work with OpenAI style API requests on localhost so I can connect coding tools and other apps to it easily. I also want a terminal chat mode, and the option to send images or screenshots when I need that.

If there are a few model size choices, make the installer guide me with good defaults. If you need to look up current docs online while building it, go ahead.
