Build me a small ESP32 box that works as a home DNS ad blocker for every device on my WiFi.

It should let me flash it once over USB, then set it up from my phone by joining its own setup WiFi and picking my home network. After that it should run on the network as a DNS server, send normal sites through, and answer ad, tracker, malware, and Russian blocklist domains with 0.0.0.0 so they never load. I want a simple web dashboard where I can see stats, per device counts, pause blocking for a little while, add my own blocked domains, remove ones I added, and update the block list over WiFi.

Please make it work on a classic ESP32, and if possible keep it compatible with ESP32 C3 too. Use the built in flash efficiently, since this needs to run without extra memory. Add a clear setup flow, sensible defaults, and a way to configure the WiFi and dashboard login before flashing. If you need current PlatformIO or ESP32 docs, look them up online.
