Build me a web app called SpeakForge that helps people practice speaking and writing and get AI feedback on their answers.

I want users to be able to sign up, verify their email, log in, and recover their password. After that, they should see a dashboard with tests they can take, answer either with text or by uploading audio, and then get a clear report with scores and feedback on grammar, fluency, vocabulary, and overall response quality. If they record audio, transcribe it first and then evaluate it. I also want a history page so users can see past attempts and progress over time.

There should be an admin area where trusted users can create and edit tests, manage questions, and view basic analytics. Make it look clean and modern, and set it up so it works locally and with Docker for deployment. If you need to, look up current docs online for anything that helps you wire it up properly.
