Build me a simple Chrome extension for the Dhan brokerage platform that adds color to the time and sales window so trades are easier to read at a glance.

I want the extension to watch the live time and sales entries on the page and highlight aggressive buying in green when the traded price is hitting the ask, and aggressive selling in red when the traded price is hitting the bid. Keep it lightweight and easy to install in Chrome as an unpacked extension. It should work directly on the Dhan page without changing the rest of the layout too much, just make the tape clearer and more visual.
