Build me a backend app that acts like a smart assistant for Google Workspace. I want to type normal questions like what meetings do I have next week, find emails from a person about a topic, or show me files in Drive from last month, and have the app figure out what I mean, break the request into steps, run the right lookups, and give me one clean answer back.

It should support Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive, keep track of users and conversation history, and have background syncing so data stays fresh. Please make it work with FastAPI, PostgreSQL with vector search, Redis, and Celery, and include a simple placeholder for Google login since that part can be hooked up later.
