Build me a native desktop app for research that helps me manage papers, read PDFs, take smart notes, and come up with new ideas. I want one place where I can import papers from arXiv links, PDFs, Zotero, BibTeX, RIS, Overleaf, or even browser history, then browse them in a clean library with tags, filters, search, and a citation graph.

The app should include an in app PDF reader with zoom and page controls, a side chat where I can ask questions about the paper, and structured reading cards that can be filled in by AI or edited by hand. I also want a discovery page for finding new arXiv papers with AI based quality scores, summaries, and smart relevance filtering based on my existing library.

Please make it work as a standalone desktop app for Windows, Mac, and Linux, with SQLite storage, support for multiple AI providers, and English and Chinese languages. If you need to check current docs for any APIs or integrations, look them up online first.
