NotASithLord/peerd ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a browser extension called peerd that lets me run an AI agent right inside Chrome and Firefox, where I already work.

I want it to open from the toolbar, let me set up a local vault, add my own model provider or use a local one, then chat with the agent and have it actually do work in my tabs. It should be able to read pages, click around, use signed in sessions, and spin up safe local compute like JavaScript notebooks and other sandboxed tools without touching my computer directly.

It should also feel private by default, with no account, no backend, and no telemetry, and it should only use the model and network access I choose. If it makes sense, include a way for browser to browser sharing or peer to peer communication in preview mode.

Please make it work well in both Chromium and Firefox, and keep the setup simple enough that I can load it unpacked for development.
