Build me this project so I can run Tears of the Kingdom from my own legally dumped base game files on my PC.

I already have the extracted game files and I want a simple build that checks the files are in the right place, compiles everything it needs, and puts a runnable game folder in a dist directory. It should work on Windows x64 and also support Linux x86_64 if that is already part of the project. Please make the build process as smooth as possible, with clear errors if something is missing like Python packages, the compiler, or the game dump layout.

When it is done, I want to be able to launch the game from the output folder without needing the original game files anymore. If there are any current docs or setup details that need checking online, look them up first and follow the latest instructions.
