I want the process to feel guided and conversational, with the skill telling me what mode it detected, what happens next, and where the plan and meeting notes are saved.

Please make it support a full kickoff for a new app, a cleanup pass on an existing repo, a read only review of a plan, and a single scoped feature request. It should keep a clear record of the argument and verdict, and only ask me for the key decisions along the way.
