Nutlope/llamacoder ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me an app like Claude Artifacts where someone can type one prompt and instantly generate a small app or UI they can preview right in the browser.

It should feel simple and polished, with a chat style editor on one side and a live preview on the other, so people can keep iterating until it looks right. The generated result should run safely in a sandboxed preview area, and it should support modern web code well enough to make little apps, widgets, and pages without a lot of setup. Use Llama 3.1 through Together for the AI side, and make the whole thing work as a modern Next.js app with a clean Tailwind design.

If you need to look up current docs online for anything, go ahead. I also want the app to be open source friendly, easy to run locally with a simple env setup, and ready for things like saving prompts, screenshots, and basic usage tracking.
