Nutlope/roomGPT ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a simple web app like RoomGPT where someone can upload a photo of their room and get back an AI redesigned version of it.

The flow should be really easy. The user lands on a clean page, uploads or drags in a room photo, picks a room style if that already fits the project, then clicks a button to generate a new version. Show loading while the AI is working, then display the original and generated room so they can compare and download the result.

Use the existing Next.js and TypeScript setup in this repo. Connect it to Replicate for the room generation model, and use the existing image storage approach if it’s already wired in. Keep it simple, no login, no payments, just a polished demo that works locally and can deploy to Vercel.

Please add clear setup instructions for the needed API keys in the env file, and look up current docs online if you need to.
