OE4T/meta-tegra ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a Yocto OpenEmbedded BSP layer for NVIDIA Jetson boards, based on the current Jetson Linux release in this repo. I want it to support the listed Jetson developer kits and carrier board combinations, and to make it easy to build a working image for those devices with the right kernel, boot, graphics, multimedia, and device specific support.

Please set it up so I can follow the docs in the repo and get a clean build on a modern Yocto setup, including the layer configuration and any needed recipes or workarounds. If anything depends on current upstream Yocto or NVIDIA docs, look up the latest info online if you need to.

Keep the result practical and usable, with sensible defaults for the supported hardware, and make sure the README or setup notes clearly explain how to use it to build for the different Jetson targets.
