OEvortex/Webscout — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a Python toolkit called Webscout that works like an all in one helper for search, AI chat, media tools, and developer utilities.

I want someone to be able to install it with pip or run it from the command line, then search the web across engines like DuckDuckGo, Bing, Brave, Yahoo, Yep, Yandex, Mojeek, and Wikipedia. It should also let users chat with different AI providers, ideally with a simple no API key example, and expose an OpenAI compatible API server so people can plug it into existing tools.

Include practical extras from the README, like text to image, text to speech, speech to text, YouTube downloads or transcription, weather lookup, temporary email, proxy rotation, GitHub data helpers, web crawling, HTML parsing, styled console output, prompts, retry helpers, and GGUF conversion.

Please make it feel polished, with clean Python APIs, a nice CLI with help commands, docs, tests, Docker support, and examples. Look up current docs online if you need to.
