Build me a clean documentation website for the OWASP Cheat Sheet Series, using the markdown files in the repo as the source of truth.

I want people to be able to browse security cheat sheets by topic, open individual sheets easily, and read everything in a simple, fast, mobile friendly layout. The site should feel like an official OWASP resource, with a clear home page, a searchable index, and sections for the main collections like ASVS, MASVS, Top Ten, and Proactive Controls. If it helps, include a way to generate an offline bundle too.

Please make sure the markdown content builds properly into a site, the navigation is easy to use, and the pages are styled consistently. Add the basic local build and preview setup so I can run it on my machine, and wire up the markdown and terminology checks so content stays clean. If you need to look up current docs or best practices for the static site tooling, go ahead and do that.
