OWASP/cornucopia ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a working version of the OWASP Cornucopia project that I can run locally and understand easily. I want the card browser site to show the different suits and cards, with the taxonomy and deeper explanations, and I also want the online game part working so people can play Cornucopia and Elevation of Privilege in a browser.

Please use the existing card content, assets, and language editions that are already in the repo, and keep the cross references to OWASP and related security resources where they belong. If this repo already includes ways to generate the printable deck files and website content, wire that up too so I can rebuild everything from source.

Make the setup as simple as possible, using whatever is already in the project for local running, testing, and deployment. I would also like a short README section or run guide that explains how to start it, rebuild the decks, and verify it works. Look up current docs online if you need to.
