Build me a Spigot 1.8.8 plugin for Minecraft called Club that lets players make and manage clubs.

I want players to be able to create a club, invite friends, accept invites, join open clubs, leave, kick members, promote admins, demote them, rename the club, and disband it. Add a private club chat they can toggle with a shortcut command, plus a nice in game menu and a color picker so each club can have its own color in chat and messages. It should store everything in SQLite so it works without an external database, and keep a small cache in memory for speed.

Please also add support for PlaceholderAPI and LuckPerms if those plugins are installed, but the plugin should still work without them. Use clean commands under /club and include the /cc shortcut for club chat. Make it feel polished, with helpful messages, config values for things like invite expiry and club name rules, and a build that produces a jar I can drop into a server. If you need current API details, look them up online first.
