Build me a production ready AWS EKS GitOps platform with Terraform for a VProfile app.

I want the infrastructure split into a clear layered setup, starting with an encrypted S3 backend for Terraform state, then a VPC with public and private subnets across two availability zones, then a managed EKS cluster with private worker nodes. After that, set up the key cluster add ons so the platform can autoscale and handle traffic properly, including metrics server, cluster autoscaler, AWS load balancer controller, Nginx ingress, cert manager with Let’s Encrypt, EBS and EFS storage drivers, and ArgoCD for GitOps deployments.

Please also include IAM access for an admin and developer, pod identity for the cluster services, and an ArgoCD ingress so the dashboard is reachable over HTTPS on a custom domain.
