Build me a native macOS app that sits in the notch area, or top center bar on Macs without a notch, and acts like an open source Vibe Island for AI coding agents.

I want it to work fully locally, with no accounts, no cloud backend, and no telemetry. The app should show live agent status, permission approval requests, recent session activity, and let me jump straight back to the exact terminal tab, pane, or editor window the agent is using. It should auto discover active sessions on launch and remember them between launches.

Please support the common coding agents people actually use, especially Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI, OpenCode, and similar tools, plus terminals and editors like Terminal, iTerm2, Ghostty, tmux, cmux, VS Code, Cursor, and JetBrains apps.

Include a settings screen where I can install or remove the hook setup, a simple usage view, notification sounds, and English plus Simplified Chinese. It should fail safely so agents still work even if the app is closed. Look up current docs online if you need to.
