OffGridPete/Fieldwatch ? reverse-engineered prompt

Reverse engineered prompt

Build me an Android app called Fieldwatch that passively listens for nearby Wi Fi access points and Bluetooth LE advertisements, then shows me what my phone can detect in a clean, modern interface. It should work fully offline with no account, no backend, and no extra hardware.

I want the app to let me filter what I’m seeing, customize how the data is displayed, and keep a growing library of signal signatures so I can identify radio sources and add new ones over time. It should also be able to create reports of what was observed and let me export and import settings and signatures.

Please make it feel like a real field tool, simple to use but flexible enough for serious scanning. Include the usual Android permissions and setup flow, and make sure it’s built for Android 10 and up. If you need to look up current Android docs or best practices while building it, go ahead.
