Build me a portable Windows music visualizer that reacts in real time to whatever audio is playing on the computer, or to an ASIO device if one is selected. It should have a nice full screen OpenGL style animated visual, feel a bit like an old school music visualizer, and update smoothly with optional VSync and FPS control. I want a simple native settings window where I can pick the audio source, change sensitivity, toggle always on top, fullscreen, pause, nervous mode, and save everything to a settings file next to the app.

Please also make it easy to hide the visualizer while it keeps running, and add Spout output so the visual can be shared into other apps like OBS or Resolume. Include the usual hotkeys and a small help screen, and keep it as a single self contained exe that runs on Windows without any extra setup. If you need to check current docs for audio or Spout integration, look them up online.
