Build me a simple note taking app called NoteGood that lets people create, edit, delete, and browse notes in the browser.

It should save everything locally on the device, with no login, no accounts, and no syncing. I want it to feel fast and easy to use, like a clean little personal notebook. Add a basic layout with a list of notes and a main area for reading and editing the selected note. Make it work well on desktop and smaller screens too.
