Build me a small streaming platform where people can sign up, create their own live stream, and watch other people streaming in real time. I want it to feel like a simpler Twitch, with a clean modern UI, a way to see live stream pages, stream titles and thumbnails, and a basic home page that shows what is live right now.

Please include user login, stream creation and editing, and support for going live and watching through the browser. I also want stream thumbnail uploads, and for the app to save the stream data in a database so it all works properly.
