Build me a simple payroll app for nontechnical operators called PayCore.

I want a guided workflow where someone can pick a pay period, review contractors, enter loads, expenses, deductions, and adjustments, then preview the payroll, resolve warnings, approve it, and generate statements and exports. It should feel safe and easy to understand, with plain language explanations for anything unusual, and it should prevent finalizing payroll when required information is missing.

Please keep the calculations deterministic and financially careful, with exact decimal math and clear handling for percentages, per mile pay, fixed period pay, and deductions. Include a sample workspace with fictional contractors, a dashboard, a contractor list, payroll runs, reports, settings, and basic PDF and CSV download examples. A lightweight sign in experience is fine for now, but do not connect real authentication or payments yet.
