Build me an app called NutriSnap, an AI nutrition companion that lets someone take or upload a meal photo and get estimated calories, protein, carbs, and fat from it. It should feel simple and friendly, not like a science tool.

I want users to be able to sign up or continue as a guest, scan meals, add meals manually, track water, and see their daily history. Add a progress dashboard with 7 day calorie and macro charts, plus a meal planner that suggests recipes based on what nutrients the user is missing. The app should still let people view and log things when they’re offline, then sync when the connection is back.

Please include a backend API for auth, scan status, meal logs, water logs, weekly insights, and a nutrition chat assistant. The photo scanning should use the AI pipeline described in the project, with fallbacks for unusual food or bad lighting. Look up current docs online if you need to.
