Build me a local first personal AI assistant called OpenJarvis that runs mainly on my own computer instead of depending on cloud services. I want a clean setup for Mac, Linux, and Windows, plus a simple desktop app and command line experience where I can start chatting with one command. It should support a few ready to use modes like basic chat, a morning digest that pulls from email, calendar, health, and news and can read it out loud, a deep research mode that searches across the web and my local documents with citations, a code assistant that can read files and run commands, and a scheduled monitor that remembers context over time.

Please make it easy to connect accounts like Google, install and use extra skills from public sources, and keep larger downloads happening in the background with a simple way to check status. The default should stay on device, with cloud only when really needed. Use the existing docs and repo as the guide, and look up current docs online if you need to.
