Build me a web app for railway planning called OSRD, where someone can design rail infrastructure, analyze line capacity, create timetables, and run train simulations. It should feel like a professional tool for railway experts, with a clear map based workspace, support for importing example infrastructure and rolling stock data, and a way to set up scenarios and compare results. I’d like the app to be usable in English and French at least, with room for other languages too.

Make it easy to run locally with Docker, and if possible also support a dev setup that people can use on Linux, macOS, or WSL. The main goal is a working end to end product that lets a user explore infrastructure, build a scenario, and see the impact on train paths and timing.
