Build me a clean Windows app that lets me play Super Smash Bros. Ultimate natively on PC from my own legal game dump, not through emulation.

I want a simple one click setup that finds my existing keys and game files, installs everything locally, and then launches the game from a normal desktop shortcut. It should run in a window with an option for borderless fullscreen, support controllers and keyboard, include an in game settings menu for graphics, audio, and controls, and show basic stats and logs when needed. If possible, make it feel like a real PC game, with a Vulkan based renderer, fast startup, and no need for Visual Studio or firmware files.
