Build me an OpenWrt LuCI app for managing proxy service on a router.

I want a web interface under Services where I can add and manage proxy nodes, import them from subscription links, test latency, and switch between them easily. It should support common proxy types like Xray and Sing Box, plus older options if possible. I also want smart routing, so I can send traffic by domain, country, or device, and have a simple way to turn on transparent proxy for the whole network.

Please include DNS controls, basic filtering rules, failover and load balancing, and a place to view logs and troubleshoot when something is not working. It should feel like a normal LuCI settings page, easy enough for a regular person to use. If you need current OpenWrt or LuCI docs, look them up online first.
