Build me a modern in game bank system for FiveM that works with QBCore or ESX. I want players to be able to open a clean bank app, see their balance, deposit and withdraw money quickly, send money to other players both online and offline, and review their transaction history with simple spending analytics.

It should also let players view and pay bills, and include a credit system where they can borrow money, get a deadline to repay it with interest, and lose access to the bank if they don’t pay it back. I also want a way for a player to log into another player’s bank account using their IBAN and password, so make that part of the flow clear and secure.
