Orama-Interactive/Pixelorama ? reverse-engineered prompt

I want to build a powerful open-source pixel art editor, something like Aseprite, using the Godot engine. It should be a complete multitool for artists and game developers. Users should be able to create static sprites, tilemaps for games (including isometric and hexagonal), and full animations. The animation system is key—it needs a proper timeline with support for multiple layers, individual frames, and onion skinning so you can see previous frames.
It should also have a robust layer system with non-destructive effects like outlines and drop shadows, and great palette management. The UI should be customizable with dockable panels that users can arrange how they like. Most importantly, it needs to run on Windows, Mac, and Linux, but also have a version that works directly in the web browser. For exporting, it has to support common formats like PNG, animated GIFs, and spritesheets.
