Osama96gi/FLEX-Download-Manager ? reverse-engineered prompt

Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a Windows download manager that feels like the classic IDM style app, but modern and clean.

I want a desktop app where I can add downloads from a URL, clipboard, or drag and drop, then pause, resume, stop, and delete them from a main list. It should split files into multiple parts when the server supports it, keep downloads running in the background when the window is minimized or closed, and resume interrupted downloads even after reopening the app. If the server does not support range requests, it should still download normally. Please include a tray icon, a dark theme, a left sidebar for categories, and a status bar with overall speed and progress.

Also add simple Chrome or Chromium integration so a browser download can open a file info dialog in the app instead of failing. I need settings saved per user, plus options for connection count, retries, speed limit, proxy, and download folders. If you need current Qt or Windows API details, look up the latest docs online.
