Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a working local copy of this open source help desk so I can use it as a simple customer support portal. I want customers to be able to open tickets from a web form, and if the project already supports it, have a clear path for tickets that come in by email or phone too. On the staff side, I want agents to be able to sign in, see and manage assigned tickets, reply to people, organize requests, and keep everything archived in one place.

Please use this repo as the base, get it running end to end with PHP and MySQL, handle the setup or deploy steps, and leave me with a version I can open in the browser and finish configuring. If there are required server or database settings, set up what you can and clearly tell me what I need to fill in. Keep it close to the normal osTicket experience unless something obviously needs fixing. If anything is unclear, check the current official docs online.
